- Sustain & Support – The goal of our effort is participant application in everyday practice. We provide post-program support through conference calls, offering coaching and feedback for early implementation efforts, articles and postings plus video and audio modules where applicable.

Meet Our Principal
Hank is considered a breed apart in the development community. He is one of the rare individuals who possesses extensive experience within the positions he addresses coupled with a remarkable ability to productively engage his audience. He is highly regarded for both his listening and speaking skills and for his energy, humor and insights. With a deep commitment to continuous learning, he has refined his craft through engaging thousands of participants from hundreds of organizations across the spectrum of product, position and participant tenure.
Hank was a twenty-year veteran of the financial services community having performed with distinction in sales, sales management and executive roles before beginning his career in professional development. He started his initial firm in 2002 and has been developing and delivering training and coaching programs exclusively to the financial services industry forming North Pointe Partners in 2014.
He is a husband and father and credits the experience of 28 years of marriage and raising two daughters with his ability to listen and adapt! Hank is an outdoor enthusiast. He is a frequent participant in triathlon and running events and credits his participation in those events to teaching him humility!
